What’s New at Gibson & Perkins, PC

Justice

Autumn is off to a great start at the law firm of Gibson & Perkins, PC.

Our offices have been recently involved with two exciting programs in offered by the Bucks County Estate Planning Council and the firm’s wholly-owned continuing education subsidiary:  YourOnlineProfessor, LLC.

On October 15th, firm partner Edward L. Perkins lectured at a dinner for the Bucks County Estate Planning Council and presented the popular program Wills of the Rich and Famous, a presentation which he developed in order to anecdotally outline the key provisions and curiosities found in the Wills of various A-list celebrities from the past and present. The dinner was a great success with over 70 council members and fellow estate planners in attendance.

Firm attorney Richard M. Welsh, Esq., recently presented a Webinar entitled QDRO Basics: What, Who, and How?  This program took a look at Qualified Domestic Relations Orders from the perspective of the attorney, and answered a number of pertinent questions about their creation and implementation.  Over 30 attorneys and accountants logged on from the tristate area to earn continuing education credit.
