Edward L. Perkins invited by Strafford Publications to appear on ‘Trust Protectors’ Webinar panel
Gibson & Perkins, PC is proud to announce that principal partner Edward L. Perkins has been selected as a panelist for an upcoming Webinar offered by Strafford Publications, a leading continuing education provider.
This 90-minute program, entitled Trust Protectors in Estate Planning: Benefits and Legal Risks, will be broadcast live and feature an interactive Q&A session.
Mr. Perkins will join fellow attorneys Mary A. Akkerman (Lindquist & Vennum, Sioux Falls, SD) and Gregory Monday (Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, Madison, WI) in explaining the function and intricacies of trust protectors in estate planning.
On June 25th, Mr. Perkins moderated a Register of Wills panel on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in Philadelphia and is a frequent lecturer on a wide range of both legal and accounting topics.
