As many of our clients and colleagues are already aware, a number of the attorneys in our offices lecture and write on their areas of practice, and the first half of 2013 has been no exception —
Firm partner Edward L. Perkins started off the year strong with a “Fiscal Cliff” Webinar on January 8th, 2013. Partner Kevin William Gibson presented his seminar “Avoiding Legal Malpractice” on April 11, 2013 to an audience of attorneys and accountants in Main Line Philadelphia, at the Bala Cynwyd offices of Raymond James & Associates. The seminar was incredibly well-received, with Mr. Gibson offering a repeat of the program on April 24th, 2013 to his peers at the Delaware County Bar Association. These programs were based on Mr. Gibson’s Legal Malpractice Avoidance Guide, now available in paperback.
Litigator Walter J. Timby, III published Timby’s Employment Law Handbook for the Pennsylvania Employer during the first quarter. In this spiral-bound “handbook,” Mr. Timby offers a unique insight into the intricacies of Pennsylvania employment law. Additionally, he presented a live Webinar on the same topic to an encouraging audience on February 28th, 2013.
In other news, Gibson & Perkins, PC is incredibly pleased to announce that Paul Fellman has returned to our firm as a Clerk of Law, pending acceptance to the Pennsylvania Bar.
