Janice M. Matier, BS, JD, LLM (Tax)

Ms. Matier is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and Delaware. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.S., Finance and Management) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D., LLM (Tax)).

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Matier was a business analyst at J.P. Morgan in Newark, Delaware. After graduating from law school at Villanova, she returned to the school's Graduate Tax Program to obtain her LL.M. in Taxation.

While completing her clerkship in Delaware, Ms. Matier served as a volunteer at Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. She is currently a volunteer attorney with the Office of the Child Advocate in New Castle County, Delaware.

Ms. Matier's practice focuses on Estate Planning, including tax planning, charitable planning, and special needs planning, as well as Estate Administration and Orphans' Court litigation.
